DEPOSITS & BOOKINGS
Due to the pressures that late cancellations & no shows caused we decided to take deposits for all appointments, excluding consultations, in 2020.
Deposit amounts vary depending on your service & they are required at least 7 days before your appointment. If we don't receive your deposit within this time frame we will assume you no longer need your appointment & it will be released.
We can take deposits over the phone or in salon.
Deposits are only refundable if we receive more than 48hrs notice of any changes or cancellations. If we are given less than 48hr notice your deposit will be lost and a new deposit would be required before booking your next appointment.
Regular client? If it works easier for you then you're welcome to keep your deposit on your account & roll it over to your next one to save calling us.
We DO NOT & cannot store any card details.

If booking anytime within the next 7 days please call us as we will need to take a deposit. Looking to book further in advance? You can use Facebook or Instagram to book but please be aware you will
need to call us at least 7 days before your appointment to pay your deposit.
Please remember we no longer have a waiting area and ask that you attend your appointment alone.
