Changes we are making:
We are changing somethings for now to make you and the team as safe as possible.
-We won’t be providing magazines but who needs magazines when we have 3 months’ worth of catch up chat!?
-We won’t be providing drinks so ask that you bring your own. Just like some of the changes, this change won’t last forever, and we can’t wait to get back to treating you to our famous hot chocolate.
-We have a full Convid-19 protocol that we are adhering to and that clients must also stick to. This includes a door policy, more frequent and deeper cleaning throughout the salon, hand sanitizer and protective screens just to name a few.
-We are allowing a 15 minute turnaround slot after every client. This allows our team to change their PPE and deep clean their section and equipment ready for our next client.
-Social distancing screens surrounding each section are now in place. It will be odd at first but for now this is the new normal.
-We are adding on a Covid-19 charge. This is not permanent but will continue for the foreseeable future. This is to recover some costs for the PPE and cleaning equipment as well as covering the cost of loss time whilst the team are cleaning inbetween each client which as you can imagine, will result in us being able to see less clients than usual. This is cost is £7.50 and will be added to every appointment, including consultations done in salon.
